Versatile use on rail and road

The RR11T is equipped with a crawler chassis that provides exceptional traction on all types of terrain. This innovative design guarantees a low specific weight of the drive unit, which enables safe navigation over sensitive areas such as paved surfaces in track areas and access roads. The undercarriage also houses the rail drive for track operations, powered by two hydraulic motors. The crawler chassis can be rotated 90 degrees to the upper structure, facilitating seamless track alignment in open areas. Its design allows track entry without additional tools or structural adjustments. Automatic leveling improves the machine's agility and stability, making it ideal for use on tracks with different gauges, including the standard 1,435 mm gauge.

Safety for rail operations

All safety precautions in accordance with the DB Infra Go approval are reliably adhered to in order to ensure smooth and safe rail operations. This includes the lifting height limiter, which ensures that the working platform does not enter the area of the active overhead line, minimizing the risk of electrical hazards. The swivel limiter prevents the platform from swiveling into unwanted areas, which increases the safety of both the operator and the surrounding area. In addition, the work platform is equipped with comprehensive safety equipment, including a first aid kit for medical emergencies and a fire extinguisher for a quick response in the event of a fire. Safety points in the work basket provide additional safety by offering the opportunity to secure oneself while working, which significantly reduces the risk of falls. These measures are an integral part of our commitment to the highest safety standards in rail operations.

Radio remote control for convenient operation

The radio remote control enables precise and convenient control of the machine by making it easier to drive and move in all directions. With this advanced technology, operators can control the machine from a safe distance, which not only increases safety but also boosts efficiency when performing complex tasks. The remote control's intuitive user interface ensures that even inexperienced users can navigate the machine with ease, while the robust design of the remote control ensures reliable performance in a variety of working conditions.

The RR11T is an advanced and compact two-way work platform weighing 3.5 tons, which can be operated on rails up to a height of 10.5 meters and carries a payload of 230 kg, taking into account two people on board. Equipped with a single telescopic arm, it offers a wide range of applications and can be easily transported with a light trailer. In addition, it has a crawler chassis suitable for both on-road and off-road use and a system that allows a quick change from track to rail wheels, as well as a hydraulic rotation that facilitates access to the rail. Power is provided by a 10.5 kW Kubota diesel engine; if required, the model can be equipped with lithium-ion batteries for fully electric operation.
